Sophie + Greg

For nearly four years we worked with Sophie & Greg on their Queenstown wedding plans but yes, the dreaded “COVID” played it’s part in delaying the wedding of these two. It took so long to plan that on the up side, they welcomed their baby boy Hugo who was a special addition to their celebration.

Numerous date changes, venue changes and supplier changes throughout the planning certainly threw us a curveball or two but we couldn’t have been happier to be helping out and working along side such an appreciative and courteous couple.

New Years Eve 2022 was the date set to bring their loved ones together to finally celebrate their nuptials and it was certainly one to remember.

It was a hot summers day which ended in a clam stunning Queenstown evening to ring in 2023. Guests travelled from all over the globe to be in attendance and it was so special for Sophie & Greg to finally have all “their people” in one place.

The styling, planning and detail that all the suppliers put in to this wedding was second to none and everywhere the guests turned you could hear gasps of awe at it’s unique beauty.

It was our absolute honor to work with Sophie & Greg and create the most memorable of days for their family & friends.

We could not recommend One Fine Day highly enough.  Our wedding was postponed four times due to covid over the course of three years yet never once did they make us feel like a nuisance… which we so were.

Everything from start to finish was amazing, the planning process was seamless and they managed all the challenges which came with a rolling date, we never had to worry about a thing.

Our wedding day itself was a dream.  It could not have been more well organised and the level of detail which went into every aspect of our day was top notch.  Kath is a magician who created a beautiful marquee with unique styling elements which we loved.  We both loved our wedding day so much and that was largely thanks to everything the OFD dream team did for us.  A huge thank you for making our day so enjoyable.
