Proposed engagement of services for Partial Planning & Styling 16th of March, 2023 in Queenstown, New Zealand . This proposal is based on the following One Fine Day services - preliminary consultation, developed and detailed design, styling and planning for your Wedding event.

In order to proceed with our services for the outlined event, we will require a signed copy of this contract.
FEES, INVOICING & PAYMENT:
This fee proposal is based on our discussions via email on the 13th of June, 2022. Before we proceed, confirmation of the brief is required.
PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:*
Initial consultation in Queenstown or via phone with a One Fine Day wedding professional. • Access to our recommended supplier database and personalized online wedding workbook. • Phone and email correspondence throughout the planning process within business hours 9 am-5 pm NZT, Mon-Fri (up to 20 hours). • Assistance with suggestions and sourcing of suppliers. • Assistance with suggestions for accommodation and activity operators. • Advice on pre and post events (additional fees apply for planning and coordinating these events). • Detailed run-sheet distributed to all relevant suppliers prior to your wedding day. • Inspiration mood-board, including colour palette, furniture, and décor options. • Assistance with styling / decor direction and sourcing - linen, lighting, furniture. • suggestions and pricing (up to 10 hours). • Attendance of your wedding rehearsal the day prior (30 mins). • Ceremony and bridal party coordination. • Management of all booked suppliers. • Guidance on the day to ensure plans run smoothly. • Set-up of all furniture and décor placement. • Pack-down the following day, if applicable 10% discount on any of our One Fine Day hire items booked. Investment $7000 + GST
Any changes to the initial brief and scope of work as the project proceeds may incur an amendment to the fee proposal and will be confirmed before proceeding. Additional hours of work over and above the chosen package inclusions will be charged at an hourly rate of $75 + GST per hour.

INTERNATIONAL BANK FEES:
All international bank transfers to a New Zealand bank account incur a surcharge of $25NZD. This will be added to your invoice.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Visa & MasterCard is available with a 3% surcharge fee.
Visa & MasterCard are accepted with a 3% surcharge fee.
Credit card details are securely stored, and will not be charged without being notified.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: This contract and associated electronic communications are operated and owned by One Fine Day Group NZ Ltd. Bookings and dates are confirmed once we have received a signed contract and 50% deposit. Any of our work that is submitted to a blog or magazine must be credited to One Fine Day. Our office hours are 0900 to 1700 NZT, Monday to Friday. PAYMENT TERMS Deposits & Prepayments are non-refundable. Please ensure you cover any international bank fees on all international transactions. A flat rate of NZD25.00 per transaction applies. Visa & MasterCard is available with a 3% surcharge fee. A bond of NZD2000.00 will be allocated to your final invoice which covers any additional fees following the final account being settled. Any difference in charges will be refunded to your chosen bank account following the event. This bond may vary based on the final value of your wedding budget. Final payment must be received 14 working days prior to the event. If this is not received within the stated timeframe we reserve the right to withhold our services. All pricing is quoted excluding New Zealand GST (15%) Travel fees apply outside of the Queenstown, NZ area. Additional staff costs apply to events over 30 people. Please ensure you are aware of the specified requirements stated in each package. All approved fees via your dedicated One Fine Day professional are final and can not be disputed. Prices are subject to change without warning. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 15% surcharge for staff on New Zealand public holidays. Additional staff members are charged out at a half or full-day rate. ACCOUNT MANAGERS A dedicated One Fine Day professional will be allocated to your event. We reserve the right to transfer your wedding to another professional at any time. All correspondence with suppliers regarding your event MUST be communicated via your dedicated One Fine Day professional. No communication can be made directly to suppliers due to confidentiality. Due to the nature of our business, your One Fine Day professional can be working onsite at venues delivering weddings and events. If you send an email we will reply as soon as we can. Should your dedicated account manager be unavailable, our team is always contactable on our main studio phone line, we’re always happy to assist you. We retain the right to use any professional imagery of our work for social media and advertising purposes. EXTRA FEES Senior staff rate is NZD450 + GST half day / NZD990 + GST full day Assistant staff rate is NZD270 + GST half day / NZD540 + GST full day This will be calculated based on requirements and require approval before proceeding. After hours (2100 – 0700) pack down fee of NZD300 + GST applies. Delivery fees are not included in our packages. INSURANCE It is advised that you have sufficient travel or event insurance to cover yourself due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise. One Fine Day does not take responsibility for contracts signed by the client and its clauses. Please ensure you are aware of each supplier’s Terms & Conditions. PANDEMIC Should your event be affected due to a pandemic, we will transfer your wedding date, subject to availability up to one year from the originally confirmed date. A $750 + GST fee will apply to move this date. We will honour the original agreed fee however, should we incur additional hours of work, this will be charged at NZD75.00 per hour. We reserve the right to alter originally booked suppliers should they be affected by a pandemic. Deposits & Prepayments are non-refundable.
